T8STE DEEZ Castle Hill in New South Wales

"Had a decent burger here, the salt was perfectly balanced and the strong beefy flavour from the patty was punchy and aromantic. The chips were just ok, bogstandard chips cooked in tallow but honestly couldn't tell much of a difference flavour wise from ordinary chips from other burger places. However, it is quite pricey, the single patty Dezz Beef ($15) with a combo including chips + drink ($8) ended up costing about $23. The beef burger was small at a single patty although the chips had a fair amount in the box. Service was decent, located at level 3 in the Castle Hill mall in a small food court."

"Ok I’ll be up front and admit that the signage on this place is a little ‘how you going’. It looks a little the Ronnie’s or Aldi of burger shops. However, this is a venue that positions itself around its tallow fries and on that front it doesn’t disappoint. The fries were thin and delicious with a sweet and salty seasoning to them. You can taste the subtle difference of the tallow which adds to the flavour. That being said they were a little dry, but still delicious. The cheese burger is solid with good ingredients, the ratios were on point with a smashed patty and all the normal condiments. It it’s an all round great burger for a little more over $12 and far superior to the normal take away options. It’s always a bit hard to rate atmosphere given that it’s located in a major shopping centre food court. If you have kids though there is an indoor playground in between the tables and chairs that might provide a short reprieve while you enjoy the great food."
